Wicked Botanicals Co. has a strict refund/exchange policy

Wicked Botanicals Co. will only offer refunds on non-consumable products that are proven to be damaged in transit. Due to CFIA & FDA regulations worldwide we are not able to accept any refunds for consumable products, such as packages of tea, honey, or bath and body products. This includes customers who are not happy with the taste of a tea or honey they ordered, or a scent they have chosen for their bath or body product.

Refunds will not be accepted on tea leaf readings, however we do accommodate the rescheduling of appointments. We know things happen and have faith that timing for your appointment will align when it is meant to if a rescheduling should occur.

Tea replacement: if for some reason your tea is damaged in postal transit, and you have photo evidence of the damage along with a complete pack of unopened tea bags, please email us at wickedbotanicalsco@gmail.com and we will communication with you to reach a resolution.
